The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Compliance Office would like to alert residents and visitors that a new vacation rental hotline phone number is now in effect. 
The new hotline is (760) 322-8383

Residents may use the hotline number to report disturbances and other issues. If possible, please be prepared to follow these guidelines: 

• Please call during the disturbance. 
• Be prepared to provide the hotline operator with the following information: property address of disturbance and describe the issue. 
• Providing your contact information is optional; if provided, the compliance office will contact you with details regarding their response. 
• For non-emergencies, residents are asked to please contact the hotline and not the police department.
