Drag shows are more than just entertainment; they are an artistic revolution. They have played a pivotal role in championing LGBTQ+ rights, challenging gender norms, and promoting inclusivity. Palm Springs celebrates the influential power of drag by designating itself as a “Drag Sanctuary City,” ensuring that this vibrant art form thrives.

Given the increasingly hostile political climate, it is now more critical than ever to advocate for inclusivity and honor drag artists. Drag shows welcome everyone, offering an extraordinary experience beyond the queer community. Remember, applause isn’t enough; show your support by tipping these fabulous queens, whether digitally or in person, to acknowledge their artistry.

In Palm Springs, the nightlife is always alive with hair, heels, and attitude. For the latest listings, check out the Nightlife section of GayDesertGuide.lgbt. There’s drag to be found just about every day of the week!
